Reviews policy
In general, we don't delete reviews from our customers. We are happy to accept both positive and negative feedback from our customers. However, there are some important exceptions and cases where we might delete individual reviews:
- Spam - reviews that contain content that is not relevant to the product review
- Links - reviews that contain links to third-party websites
- Hate speech - reviews that contain vulgar or inappropriate language, derogatory terms and similar
