If you decide to purchase this license, you will instantly receive 'Early in the Morning' as an MP3, FLAC and WAV file. The length of this track is 0:10:35 and the files have a sample rate of 44100 Hz and a bit depth of 16.

You will also receive a personalized license document (with your name or your company name) that you can keep as a proof for your purchase.

• 1 license purchase = 1 video. A new license purchase is needed for each additional video you wish to make. You can license the track for multiple videos at the same time by adjusting the quantity in the cart.
• If you want to publish a YouTube video, please note that we manually review each video to make sure it follows our guidelines.
• The video can be distributed or sold both online or offline, via any service or platform.
• The video can have a total length of up to 45 minutes. Longer videos are not allowed.
• The focus of the video cannot be the music – viewers should not watch or seek out the short film or video because of the music. Please see 'Accepted video categories' below.

In addition, we don't allow the music to be used in any video that is punishable, pornographic, graphically violent or derogatory towards any nationality, race, religion, political belief or sexual orientation.

You are required to provide attribution/credits to Peder B. Helland in your video. This can either be done in the video itself or in the description of the video. You can write the credits the way you want in order to fit the style of your project, but below we've included a few suggestions.

Our music is protected by the Content ID system on YouTube, meaning you will most likely receive a claim if you use our music in a video (even if you have purchased a license). This is completely normal and can easily be fixed, provided you have respected the terms of this agreement.

We will then review your video and quickly send a request to get the claim removed from your video if the terms have been respected.

Peder B. Helland's music is registered with the Norwegian PRO (Performance Rights Organization), called TONO. This product is a synchronization license for your video, but the public performance of your video still needs to be cleared with the PRO of your country. This does not affect you unless you are the broadcaster of the video.

Please note that if your video will be uploaded to YouTube, Facebook and similar media platforms, you don't have to do anything as you're not the broadcaster. However, if you upload the video directly to your own website, you have to clear the use with the PRO of your country. You can learn more in our Help Center.
