AustraliaPerfect music for letting go
After discovering Peder Helland's music on YouTube, I found that my (quite extensive) library of ambient music failed to satisfy me any longer. I'd been listening to the YouTube tracks for some time whilst I meditated before I thought to check out this website, and I was so very glad to discover that I could purchase this, and other albums of extended track 'sleep music', for a very reasonable price. I have enjoyed drifting off to sleep to this music every night since then. Much appreciation, Peder, for your compositions!

United StatesIt helped me with panic attacks
I think it’s very calming and helpful. I suffer from claustrophobia and being on an airplane gives me panic attacks. This music helped me during a flight.

I always sleep with relaxing sleep music from Peder B. Helland. I love it! I bought the 3 hours lasting music and asked Peder if I also could buy the track that lasts 12 hours. Unfortunately I didn’t get a reply.

I have had high BP for several years and recently got into the habit of relaxing my breathing whilst listening to the music. The BP has dropped from near 200 over 140 down to 124 over 74. (also under medial supervision with medication). Great as an adjunct to addressing physiological issues.
